What TaxSweep is

TaxSweep is a receipt organiser and record-keeping tool. It helps you collect receipts, review suggested categories and export records for your accountant or your own review. TaxSweep is not a registered tax agent or BAS agent and doesn't give tax advice, prepare or lodge tax returns, or tell you what you can deduct. Category suggestions are based on keywords in the merchant name, filename or email subject only. You review the records and confirm what to include. You're responsible for your tax return and for keeping your own records.

Price

The free preview shows the overall detected or entered amount, receipt count and supplier names. It includes records that may not be work-related and is not a tax refund calculation.
TaxSweep access: A$29.00 one-off, including A$2.64 GST. Includes up to 3 connected Gmail inboxes, all available years, itemised records and dates, category totals, a PDF summary + itemised CSV, and a tax invoice.
No inbox add-ons are offered. Existing purchases keep the terms and any greater inbox allowance already purchased.
No subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are processed by Square. A tax invoice is available in the app after payment.

Refunds

Refunds if it doesn't work as described. Email [email protected] for help or to request a refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For earlier purchases, the refund terms shown at checkout still apply.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Square. A full refund removes paid access to itemised records, category totals and exports.

Your content

You keep ownership of your receipts and data. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide TaxSweep to you. Don't upload anything showing a Tax File Number, or anything you don't have the right to share.

Connecting Gmail is optional and you can disconnect at any time. See the privacy policy for exactly what we access.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid.

Availability

We aim to keep TaxSweep available through the 2025–26 tax season, but we may change or stop features with notice. Export your list regularly.
